Returns

At Rackzone we accept returns for any items which are unopened. We would love to be able to offer returns for free however due to the weight and size of the items this is not feasible. Organising a courier will be the responsibility of the customer. Having said that the quality of our product and the service we provide means that the number returns are extremely small so we really don't think this will be an issue for you.

Damage

If you have any damaged parts we will replace them. Please inform us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the item.
