Email info@rackzone.ie with your order number, details of the issue and photos of the damaged item or packaging where possible. This helps our team assess the problem and arrange the best solution. Next day is the norm for most orders. Order by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, and we ship the same day. Order later or at the weekend and it'll usually go out the next working day. We ship across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery cost is based on the size of your order, so it can change. You'll see the full price before you pay. No hidden bits. Buy 5, 10 or 20 bays of shelving and delivery is free. Order by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Most of our products are quick to build yourself. Boltless shelving goes up in 10 to 15 minutes, no tools at all. Got a big job, like warehouse racking? Our team works all over Ireland and we'll handle the lot, from the first plan to the final fit.

Do you have discount for bulk orders?

Yes, bulk orders are where you'll save the most. We offer discounts on 5, 10 and 20 bay shelving orders, with free delivery included on those bulk purchases. Buying for a bigger project? Call our team on 090 9673261 and we'll work out the best price for your order.
