If your order arrives with any damage or missing parts, we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated. You can switch between including and excluding VAT at the top of each page. VAT breakdown is shown at checkout and on your invoice.
Absolutely. A VAT invoice is automatically emailed to you once your order is confirmed. If you need a copy, feel free to contact our team.
We ship to all 32 counties in Ireland and Northern Ireland, as well as the UK and Europe.
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, orders placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday are eligible for next-business-day delivery within Ireland.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
We offer next-business-day delivery nationwide for orders placed before 3PM, Monday to Thursday. Deliveries to the UK and Europe may take longer, depending on the items ordered.
We’re confident you’ll be happy with your purchase — but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
We accept returns for unused and unopened items. Please note that due to the size and weight of many of our products, we cannot offer free returns. Customers will need to cover the cost of returning the item.
To arrange a return, contact us at info@rackzone.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Weight capacity varies by product and configuration. Each product page includes detailed specifications, including load ratings per shelf level. If you have heavy-duty requirements, we’re happy to recommend the best fit.
