Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We understand — sometimes minds change! Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to alter or cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched, we can arrange a cancellation, but please note a collection charge will apply.

How quickly can I get my order?

We keep our most popular items in stock and ready to go. Place your order before 3pm and you’ll receive it the very next working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered on the following working day, ensuring a fast and reliable service every time.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We’d love to hear from you! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that messages sent on Fridays may be answered on Monday, but often sooner.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once the order is dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

Can I physically visit you?

Yes, of course. We are located in Poolboy, Ballinasloe just off the M6 motorway. You'll find our full address on our Contact Us page. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 9am-1pm.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives with any damage or missing parts, we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery by emailing info@rackzone.ie or calling us directly. If possible, include a photo of the issue to help us resolve it faster.

We’ll arrange for any damaged components to be replaced at no extra cost. Our team is always here to help if you need further assistance.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and EFT/Bank Transfer.

Is VAT included in the prices?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated. You can switch between including and excluding VAT at the top of each page. VAT breakdown is shown at checkout and on your invoice.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Absolutely. A VAT invoice is automatically emailed to you once your order is confirmed. If you need a copy, feel free to contact our team.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all 32 counties in Ireland and Northern Ireland, as well as the UK and Europe.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, orders placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday are eligible for next-business-day delivery within Ireland.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer next-business-day delivery nationwide for orders placed before 3PM, Monday to Thursday. Deliveries to the UK and Europe may take longer, depending on the items ordered.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We’re confident you’ll be happy with your purchase — but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

We accept returns for unused and unopened items. Please note that due to the size and weight of many of our products, we cannot offer free returns. Customers will need to cover the cost of returning the item.

To arrange a return, contact us at info@rackzone.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Products & Stock

Are your products in stock?

We aim to keep our most popular items in stock at all times. If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly marked on the product page along with an estimated restock date.

What is the weight capacity of your shelving units?

Weight capacity varies by product and configuration. Each product page includes detailed specifications, including load ratings per shelf level. If you have heavy-duty requirements, we’re happy to recommend the best fit.
