We’re confident you’ll be happy with your purchase — but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened items, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Due to the large size and weight of many of our products, we’re unfortunately unable to offer free returns. This means customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

To arrange a return, please complete our online returns form or contact us at info@rackzone.ie within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please do not return any goods until your return has been confirmed by our team.

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from us online, you may have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, please use the “Withdraw” button available in the footer of our website or complete our online withdrawal form below. 

Once submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Business / Trade Purchases

The statutory consumer withdrawal right applies to consumer purchases only.

Business-to-business purchases, trade orders, company purchases, and orders placed for commercial use are handled under RackZone.ie’s business returns policy and standard terms of sale.

If you are a business customer and need to discuss a return, please contact our team at info@rackzone.ie.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with any damage or missing parts, we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your delivery by emailing info@rackzone.ie or calling us directly. If possible, include a photo of the issue, as this helps us resolve it faster.

Where applicable, we will arrange for any damaged or missing components to be replaced at no extra cost.

What services do you provide?

We offer nationwide pallet racking installation as well as warehouse layout and design services.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Many of our products come flat packed but are very easy to assemble, such as our boltless shelving. We can, however, work with you on larger projects such as kitting out a warehouse with pallet racking. We have a team of people nationwide who are happy to help you with this.

How soon can you deliver my purchase?

Along with our fulfilment partners, we do our very best to get your order to you on the next business day providing you order by 3pm Monday to Thursday.

What if my product is not what I expected?

We have utmost confidence in our products and aim to make our website descriptions and photographs as clear and as accurate as possible. However if you have any issues whatsoever please contact us by phone or email and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I physically visit you?

Yes, of course. We are located in Poolboy, Ballinasloe just off the M6 motorway. You'll find our full address on our Contact Us page. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 9am-1pm.

What are the star ratings I see on the website?

We take customer satisfaction very seriously so we use a 3rd party, unbiased system called Trustpilot. Trustpilot sends post-sale, entirely impartial surveys to our customers, giving you the opportunity to tell us about your experience.

What if my product arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please give us a call or send us an email and we will do our very best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our commercial customers can benefit from our professional pallet racking installation, and warehouse layout and design services.

Can RackZone kit out my warehouse?

That's what we're here for! So we can meet your requirements, simply get in touch and tell us:
1. The size (length, width, height) of the area in square feet that you want to kit out.
2. What type of storage products you require, i.e. pallet racking, shelving etc.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery varies depending on the product and the size of your order. You will see the total cost of delivery at checkout before you complete payment.
