Crash Stop by Dancop is one of Europe's most comprehensive workplace safety ranges — a complete system of TÜV-certified barriers, bollards, railings, and column protection engineered to keep Irish warehouses, factories, and distribution centres safe. Manufactured in Germany under annual TÜV audits and compliant with the strict DGUV 108-007 safety standard, every product in the Crash Stop range is built to protect three things at once: your people, your property, and your processes.

Built to a Higher Standard

Where most steel safety barriers offer general impact resistance, Crash Stop products carry independent TÜV certification and DGUV 108-007 compliance — the German safety standard widely regarded as the benchmark for industrial barrier protection across Europe. Available in galvanised finish for indoor use and powder-coated for outdoor environments, each product is finished in high-visibility traffic yellow (RAL 1023) with black warning stripes for maximum recognition.

The Crash Stop range covers virtually every barrier protection requirement in a modern industrial facility:

• Modular Safety Railings — TÜV-certified end, middle, and corner posts (500mm or 1000mm tall) with beams from 500mm up to 1500mm, plus swing gates, slide gates, removal-bracket posts, magnetic retractable barriers, and underride guards. The most flexible modular safety railing system on the Irish market.
• Steel Safety Barriers (Ø 48mm) — pipe-style guard rails with adjustable posts rotating up to 270°, ideal for separating driveways, pathways, and walking routes.
• Modular Wall Protection — Ø 76mm steel wall protectors with straight, inside-corner, and outside-corner sections in 500mm and 1000mm widths, finished to the same high standard as the railing system.
• L- and U-Profile Rack End Protectors — TÜV-certified rack-end guards meeting DGUV 108-007, in three versions (U-profile, U-profile XL, L-profile) to protect upright frames at aisle ends.
• Expanding Barriers — TÜV-certified scissor-style barriers in 39 different variants (the most comprehensive on the market), including versions with feet, casters, wall brackets, posts, base plates, and modular kits in 4m or 16m lengths. Available in red-white or yellow-black with reflective foil.
• Hoop Protection Guards & Underride Variants — Ø 76mm hoop guards in heights from 350mm to 1200mm, with optional underride protection plates for added pallet impact resistance.
• Impact Protection Beams & Bollards — Ø 76mm, Ø 89mm, and Ø 159mm bollards from 1200mm to 1600mm tall, plus 600mm-arm corner protectors for column and entrance protection.
• Column Protection — polyethylene shock-absorbing column wraps with reinforced Velcro fastening (no floor mounting required), in standard, modular, and warning-stripe variants for columns from 100x100mm up to 700mm. Also available in steel post protection up to 400x400mm.
• Barrier Posts — over 30 different post variants including round Ø 60mm and square 70x70mm, with eyelets, chains, or solid construction. Concrete-set, base-plate-mounted, or mobile base-plate options.
• Chain Post Sets — 6-post sets with 25m or 10m polyethylene chain, available with optional transport rack with casters.
• Flexible Polyurethane Posts — self-erecting bollards that flex on impact and return to shape, in 450mm, 750mm, and 1000mm heights, with optional chain sets.
• Parking Protection — recycled-rubber park stops, heavy-duty truck wheel stops, curb ramps, speed ramps (50mm and 75mm), hose & cable protectors, and modular cable protectors with lids.
• Barrier Fences & Quick Barrier Fences — modular polymer fences in 2-piece and 3-piece versions for hazardous-area demarcation, with reflective markings and optional storage racks.
• Trailer Stands (DSV1 & DSV2) — TÜV-certified telescopic loading supports for trailers and semi-trailers up to 40 tonnes, complying with DGUV 208-006 and DGUV 208-009.
• Truck Wheel Guides — 3,000mm dock positioning aids in yellow-black or red-white, with 15° lead-in angle for safe, accurate trailer docking.
• Wall Protection Kits & Warning Profiles — screw-mounted wall protection kits and self-adhesive foam warning profiles (corner, edge, pipe, and surface protection) available in 1m pieces, 5m rolls, or cut-to-length.
