If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly. Email info@rackzone.ie with your order number, details of the issue and photos of the damaged item or packaging where possible. This helps our team assess the problem and arrange the best solution. Once reviewed, we will work to get any damaged parts replaced or resolved as quickly as possible

How soon can you deliver my purchase?

Next day is the norm for most orders. Order by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, and we ship the same day. Order later or at the weekend and it'll usually go out the next working day. We ship across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

How quickly can I get my order?

Next day is the norm if you order by 3pm, Monday to Thursday. Order on Friday by 3pm and it lands on Monday. Your order gets to you fast, wherever you are in Ireland.

Do you sell products for home and garden storage?
