Order before 3PM, Monday to Thursday, and we’ll dispatch your items the same day. Most orders are delivered nationwide the next working day, so you can get organised without delay.

Our streamlined distribution system ensures your order arrives promptly, no matter where you are in Ireland. From warehouses to workshops, we deliver what you need - when you need it.

RackZone promises a swift delivery of single or bulk orders anywhere in Ireland. We understand the importance of storage products and urgency of your needs. Hence, we have an efficient distribution system that will allow our customers to acquire their favourite storage items in the shortest time possible.

Next Day Delivery

If you place your order before 3pm from Monday to Thursday, you will get your delivery the very next day.

If an order is placed on Friday before 3pm it will be delivered on Monday, and if the order is placed after 3pm Friday or over the weekend it will be delivered on Tuesday.

If orders are placed after 3pm we will still best endeavour to get it out the next business day but it is not guaranteed.

Our Pallet Delivery Policy

  • Pallet deliveries are made kerbside or to an accessible ground-floor delivery point only. Our pallet delivery service does not include delivery to upper floors, carrying goods up or down stairs, delivery into individual rooms/offices, or unpacking and moving goods from the pallet.
  • There must be adequate access for an 18-tonne rigid delivery vehicle to safely reach the delivery location.
  • Deliveries are made using a tail-lift truck and manual pallet truck. Pallet trucks can only operate safely on level, firm and smooth surfaces.
  • Where the delivery vehicle cannot safely access the premises, the driver will deliver to the nearest safe and accessible kerbside location.
  • Drivers cannot carry pallets or individual goods up or down stairs, to upper floors, through buildings or into specific rooms or offices.
  • Drivers are not required to break down, unpack or manually carry goods from the pallet. While drivers will be as helpful as reasonably possible, this is subject to safety requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Oversized pallets or products may require suitable offloading equipment, such as a forklift, to be available on site. Where this is required, arrangements should be made before delivery.
  • Items or pallets exceeding approximately 1.8 metres in length or height may not be suitable for tail-lift delivery and may require alternative offloading arrangements.
  • To maintain delivery schedules, drivers cannot normally remain at a delivery location for longer than 20 minutes.

Before ordering, customers should ensure that suitable arrangements are available to move the goods from the kerbside/ground-floor delivery point to their required location.

RackZone is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. On a Saturday, we are available from 9am to 1pm for orders and customer calls. Purchases online can be made anytime :-)

Free Delivery on Bulk Orders

When opting for bulk shelving orders of 5, 10 or 20 bay orders the delivery is for FREE! If you purchase additional items (excluding Longspan and Pallet Racking) the order delivery shall remain free.

We’re confident you’ll be happy with your purchase — but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

We accept returns for unused and unopened items. Due to the large size and weight of many of our products, we’re unfortunately unable to offer free returns. This means customers will need to cover the cost of returning the item. 

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@rackzone.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Damage

If your order arrives with any damage or missing parts, we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your delivery by emailing info@rackzone.ie or calling us directly. If possible, include a photo of the issue — this helps us resolve it faster. We will arrange for any damaged components to be replaced at no extra cost.
