Order before 3PM, Monday to Thursday, and we’ll dispatch your items the same day. Most orders are delivered nationwide the next working day, so you can get organised without delay.

RackZone promises a swift delivery of single or bulk orders anywhere in Ireland. We understand the importance of storage products and urgency of your needs. Hence, we have an efficient distribution system that will allow our customers to acquire their favourite storage items in the shortest time possible.

Next Day Delivery

If you place your order before 3pm from Monday to Thursday, you will get your delivery the very next day.

If an order is placed on Friday before 3pm it will be delivered on Monday, and if the order is placed after 3pm Friday or over the weekend it will be delivered on Tuesday.

If orders are placed after 3pm we will still best endeavour to get it out the next business day but it is not guaranteed.

Our Pallet Delivery Policy

1) There must be adequate space for an 18-tonne rigid truck to gain entry to the premises.

2) If the driver thinks he cannot access the property, they will have to deliver kerb-side.

3) Oversized pallets need offloading arrangements such as a forklift on site.

4) Anything over 1.8 Metres cannot be taken off by tail-lift.

5) Deliveries are made door to door by a tail-lift truck and manual pallet truck which can only operate on level and smooth ground. Drivers are not expected to try and manoeuvre heavy pallets on uneven ground or break down pallets but will be as helpful as possible.

6) To maintain efficiency, drivers shouldn't wait over 20 minutes at delivery points.

RackZone is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. On a Saturday, we are available from 9am to 1pm for orders and customer calls. Purchases online can be made anytime :-)

Free Delivery on Bulk Order

When opting for bulk shelving orders of 5, 10 or 20 bay orders the delivery is for FREE! If you purchase additional items (excluding Longspan and Pallet Racking) the order delivery shall remain free.

Returns Policy

We’re confident you’ll be happy with your purchase — but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

We accept returns for unused and unopened items. Due to the large size and weight of many of our products, we’re unfortunately unable to offer free returns. This means customers will need to cover the cost of returning the item. 

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@rackzone.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Damage

If your order arrives with any damage or missing parts, we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your delivery by emailing info@rackzone.ie or calling us directly. If possible, include a photo of the issue — this helps us resolve it faster. We will arrange for any damaged components to be replaced at no extra cost.
