Manufactured using fully welded mesh panels with a strong 19x19mm tubular steel frame, this anti collapse mesh is engineered to withstand impacts of up to 2500 joules -equivalent to a 160 kg load travelling at 20 km/h. Each panel features a 50 x 100 mesh configuration and is treated with a hot dip zinc coating (minimum 7μm) applied to both wire and plate before welding. This ensures excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability, even in demanding industrial environments.

Fixed directly to the rear of pallet racking or longspan shelving, anti-collapse mesh acts as a safety net — preventing pallets, products, and packaging from falling through the back of the racking into walkways, neighbouring aisles, or pedestrian zones.
