Mesh Specification — Choose the Right Grid for the Job

The mesh specification is matched to the application:

• 20 x 100mm mesh — recommended for safety barriers around hazardous areas, operating machinery, or robotic cells. Compliant with EN ISO 13857 safety distance requirements.
• 50 x 100mm mesh — ideal for partitioning, dividing storage areas, and creating separate work zones at a competitive price point.
• 50 x 50mm mesh — best for protecting goods and high-security applications, available in 2.5mm, 3x4mm, or 5mm wire thickness depending on your standards.

Different mesh grids can be combined within a single installation to achieve the optimal balance of safety, security, visibility, and budget.

Made-to-Measure — No Compromise on Fit

We don't believe in standard sizes. Panel heights are adjustable in 100mm increments, with widths customisable in 10mm steps, ensuring the system fits your space exactly — no wasted off-cuts, no awkward gaps. Posts are available up to 10,500mm tall as standard, with bespoke solutions engineered to 12,000mm for high-bay warehouses and tall production cells.

Doors and Lock Options to Suit Every Site

Choose from single or double hinged doors, top-rail sliding doors, or floor-sliding telescopic doors — the latter ideal for reach truck and forklift access with no floor obstructions or top rail. Lock options include Eurolock with cylinder, padlock plates, panic bar, and panic handle. Doors can also be pre-fitted to accept third-party safety switches and interlocks for integration with machine control systems.

Beyond Mesh — Steel Plates and Polycarbonate

For applications where mesh isn't the right answer, the system supports 0.7mm steel plate infills (for visual shielding or weld splatter protection) and 4.0mm polycarbonate panels (for clear viewing of machine operations). All three materials — mesh, steel, and polycarbonate — can be combined within a single guard layout.

Finished in Any RAL Colour

From safety yellow and orange posts to brand-matched corporate colours, machine guards can be powder-coated in almost any RAL colour. Bright posts highlight fencing positions for safety; neutral mesh tones (black, grey, white) preserve through-visibility into the protected area.
